Worker Loan

This service is designed for individuals who are preparing to work abroad.
To apply for this loan, applicants must provide proof of confirmed overseas employment.

Anyone between the ages of 18 and 62 is eligible to apply.

Applicants can borrow up to approximately 30% of the value of their collateral.
Any type of government-recognized land title can be used as collateral.
If using a condominium or apartment unit as collateral, it must be fully owned (not under installment or shared ownership).

The loan repayment period is available for up to 12 months.
Applicants are also required to have insurance coverage.

To apply for this service, the following are required:

• One overseas worker (the applicant)

• One co-applicant who can provide ownership or property documents as collateral

• Two guarantors

Family members listed in the same household registration may act as guarantors for each other.
However, guarantees are not allowed if both parties share the same source of income (for example, jointly running a business).
Husbands and wives cannot guarantee each other.

Once all the required information and documents have been submitted completely, the loan can be processed and received within 7 to 10 working days.
Mahar Bawga Finance will contact successful applicants to inform them of loan approval and schedule the loan collection date.

Monthly Repayment Methods

To make repayments more convenient, borrowers can make monthly payments at any nearby branch office.
Payments can also be made via banks or online payment platforms.

For the Applicant (Overseas Worker):

1. Original NRC (National Registration Card)

2. Original Household Registration (or guest list / meter bill for township registration)

3. Recommendation letter from the local authority (or meter bill – within 1 month)

4. Recommendation letter from the Labor Department or Overseas Employment Agency

5. Passport

6. Visa and Demand Letter

7. OWIC Card (Overseas Worker Identification Card)

8. Air Ticket

For the Co-Applicant (Collateral Owner):

1. Original NRC (National Registration Card)

2. Original Household Registration (or guest list / meter bill for township registration)

3. Recommendation letter from the local authority (or meter bill – within 1 month)

4. Property ownership documents (Grant, Permit, Land Slip, Inherited Land, Form 105/106, Form 7 – Farmland, or Horticulture Permit)

5. Original Staff ID Card or Employment Verification Letter (If self-employed – Business License or Business Verification Letter)

For the Two Guarantors:

1. Original NRC (National Registration Card)

2. Original Household Registration (or guest list / meter bill for township registration)

3. Recommendation letter from the local authority (or meter bill – within 1 month)

4. Original Staff ID Card or Employment Verification Letter (If self-employed – Business License or Business Verification Letter)
