This service allows you to apply for financing to purchase electronic items and household appliances.

Eligibility:

• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 62 years old

• Employment Duration: Must have at least 6 months of work experience

• Loan Amount: Can apply for financing up to approximately 2 times your regular monthly income

• Down Payment: Starts from a minimum of 20%

• Loan Term: Up to 12 months

• Insurance: Mandatory for all applicants

Guarantor Information:

• You can apply with or without a guarantor

• If you provide a guarantor:

  • The guarantor can be employed or unemployed

  • Family members listed in the same household registration can be guarantors

  • Spouses cannot guarantee for each other

Loan Disbursement:

• Once complete and accurate information is submitted, the loan can be disbursed on the same day

• Mahar Bawga Finance will contact the applicant once the loan is approved and ready

2. Original NRC (National Registration Card)

3. Original Household Registration
   (If from another township: guest list or utility bill required)

4. Recent recommendation letter from local authority or utility bill

5. Employee ID card or employment verification letter
   (If self-employed: business license or business operation certificate)

6. Salary payslip

   • If salary is above 400,000 MMK: must submit last 3 months’ payslips

For Guarantor:

1. One passport-size photo

2. Original NRC

3. Household registration (with extra docs if from another township)

4. Recommendation letter (within 1 month) or utility bill (within 6 months)

5. Employee ID or employment verification letter (If self-employed: business license or verification letter)

For Unemployed Guarantor:
