Consumer Loan

This is a type of loan service available to individuals with a regular monthly income.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Requirement: Must be between 18 and 62 years old

• Employment Duration: Must have at least 6 months of work experience

• Loan Amount:

  • Based on the applicant’s regular monthly income, they are eligible to apply for a loan of approximately 1 to 1.5 times their monthly income.

• Loan Terms:

  • For new applicants: loan periods available are 6 / 9 / 12 months

  • For existing applicants (who have previously taken a loan of the same type): loan periods can be extended up to 6 / 9 / 12 / 18 / 24 months

Note: Only applicants who have taken the same type of loan before are considered existing applicants.

Insurance Requirement:

• If the loan amount is 500,000 MMK or above, you must provide loan insurance.

Guarantor Requirement:

• You must have 1 guarantor.

• Guarantors can be family members listed in the same household registration.

• However, if both have the same income source (e.g., joint business), they cannot be guarantors for each other.

• Spouses cannot guarantee for each other.

Loan Disbursement Timeline:

Once all documents and required information are submitted:

• New applicants: loan will be disbursed within 3 to 7 working days

• Existing applicants: loan will be disbursed within 3 working days

**If both the applicant and guarantor apply in person with all complete documents, the loan may be disbursed on the same day.

Required Documents for Application

For Loan Applicant:

1. Original NRC (National Registration Card)

2. Original Household Registration
   (If from another township: guest list or electricity bill required)

3. Recommendation letter from local authority within 1 month OR meter bill within 6 months

4. Employee ID or employment verification letter
   (If self-employed: business license or business verification letter)

5. Salary payslip

For existing applicants who have changed address or job:

• NRC

• Updated local recommendation letter or meter bill

• Updated employment proof

If Applicant is a Taxi Driver:

1. NRC

2. Household registration (with relevant supporting documents if from another township)

3. Recent local recommendation or utility bill

4. Driving license

5. Vehicle documents:

   • Owner Book (If under another name, sales contract required)

   • If rented: rental contract

   • If company vehicle: company agreement document

6. Wheel Tax

7. Vehicle Tax

8. Triangle Sign (Vehicle Safety Equipment)

For Guarantor:

1. NRC

2. Household registration (with additional docs if from another township)

3. Recent local recommendation or meter bill

4. Employee ID or employment verification letter (If self-employed: business license or verification)
